ADULT dance CLASSES

Adult ballet is offered based on demand in private lessons with Ms. Taylor or in a group adult class setting. Adults are ALWAYS welcome to our Saturday family style all level all ages afternoon ballet class.
2 students per class required to make a seperate adult only ‘group’ class. Send us an email or text letting us know what day and time of the week you would like to have a class!

Beginner Adult tap is offered as a private lesson with Ms. Makayla and/or Ms. Kylee. Tap is a great way to introduce yourself to rhythm and retaining dance combinations, and helpful for working on musicality, while being just downright fun! Email or text us to let us know what day and time you would like a class! We need two more students to make this a group class!

Adult stretch is at your OWN pace, follow along, warm up followed by a progressive stretching to music.
The goal of this class is to open our muscles, hearts, and turn off our minds for one hour once a week. This can be offered as a private lesson with Ms. Taylor, in an adult group setting (2 student minimum required to hold a. ‘Group’ class setting), and as always ALL ADULTS are welcome to join for Saturday’s afternoon all ages all levels family style acrobatics and stretch, which is also a follow along class.
Adult Stretch & Decompress is every Monday night from 7:45 PM- 8:45 PM at the studio, drop ins are always welcome.
